ALFRED H. Rohimone frowned and his face turned sour abruptly when TEMPO asked him about Petral's investment worth US$4.9 million (Rp41.6 billion) in Cambodia. "The money is virtually gone," said Alfred, who has only served as finance director of state oil company PT Pertamina for seven months.
