After losses in Singapore, Petral's investment in Cambodia is stuck. Its fate will be decided in four months.

ALFRED H. Rohimone frowned and his face turned sour abruptly when TEMPO asked him about Petral's investment worth US$4.9 million (Rp41.6 billion) in Cambodia. "The money is virtually gone," said Alfred, who has only served as finance director of state oil company PT Pertamina for seven months.
