ANOTE of helplessness can be heard in Rauf Purnamas voice when asked about the condition of his fertilizer plant. Since PT Asean Aceh Fertilizer (AAF) ceased its operation in August of last year, there is nothing much that the president director can do. He does come to the office, but alas, no activities. Fortunately, Im kept busy as Head of the Indonesian Engineers Association, Rauf told TEMPO.
