TAKING corruption cases to court is what State Minister for State- Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Sugiharto is doing these days. A number of these cases are ending up at the Attorney General's Office. As the number one man in a ministry that oversees 158 companies with total assets valued at Rp1,200 trillion, Sugi, as the minister is known, has vowed it to be his mandate.
