THE fall season could perhaps be upon us very soon. Last week, Bank Indonesia (BI) asked that banks ensure their balance sheets are in line with BI Regulation 7/2005 regarding Public Banks' Value and Quality of Assets. Many bankers were shocked when this regulation was issued in January of this year.
