The Supreme court annuls the promissory note issued by Eka Tjiptas company. Investor protection in Indonesia is dubious.

LADY Luck once again apparently favors PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. After the Bengkalis District Court and Riau High Court, the Supreme Court also ruled in the subsidiary of Asia Pulp & Paper Companys (APP) favor.
