NEXT to debts, fuel oils (BBM) is the acute problem faced by the State Budget (APBN). However, while debts can still be controlled, the government seems to be beaten by BBM. When crude oil prices in the international market continue to soar throughout the year, the government has no choice but to concede and revamp the APBN.
