RAMA has to put off his beautiful dream of owning a cozy house in Bogor, West Java. In fact, he has been longing to enjoy fresh air in one corner of the cool city for quite some time.
Its all because the interest on housing mortgage credits (KPR) has been less hospitable in the last few months. Banks are seemingly racing to increase interest rates, including the lending rate.
