The energy economizing campaign has succeeded in making savings in terms of electricity but not as regards Premium petrol.

LATE that afternoon at 5pm, it was as if the Department of Energy & Mineral Resources building on Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, certainly had lots of energy to spare. On every floor of the 10-story building, all the lights were still turned on. All were shining brightly. And this was in spite of the fact that there were no more than 10 employees still left in the building.
