UNLIKE usual, these days Hadi Avilla Tamzil is overwhelmed by a feeling of apprehension. This former head of the Asset Sales Division at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) is now under pressure and busy gathering data related to the sale of the sugar refining company PT Pabrik Gula Rajawali III.
