Terminal Corruption

AMONG the dozens of corruption cases in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono expects to be a priority, the case at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) II is counted as being rather slow in being dealt with.
