AMONG the dozens of corruption cases in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono expects to be a priority, the case at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) II is counted as being rather slow in being dealt with. Although later than expected, last month the head of the Corruption Eradication Team (KPK), Hendarman Supandji, confirmed that his team had found two instances of irregularities at the SOE.
