Indonesia's oil reserves are estimated to soon run out. There's no strategy to save fuel (BBM), no effort to take full advantage of natural gas. In addition to a Rp1 trillion loss a year due to smuggling, Pertamina and PLN are also adept at cheating themselves out of billions of US dollars in profit.
