THE war of nerves between Bakrie and the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) has at long last taken a break. The current score is 2:0 to Bapepam since PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk, one of the Bakrie Groups subsidiary companies, failed for the second time to sell off Lapindo Brantas Inc, this time to the Freehold Group Ltd, which is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands.
