HIDDEN BEHIND a 2-meter-high fence, the two-story building at Jalan Pasteur No 6, Bandung, West Java, appeared to be empty. It seemed as if there was no one renting the property and there were no activities seen to be going on at all. In spite of this, taxation officials are hoping that they will be able to collect tax revenues amounting to trillions of rupiah from this empty-looking building.
