The Director-General of Taxes sent a letter to the US court stating that Pertamina will fight in the Cayman Islands court. If it loses this appeal, US$315 million has already been prepared by Pertamina for Karaha Bodas.

HIDDEN BEHIND a 2-meter-high fence, the two-story building at Jalan Pasteur No 6, Bandung, West Java, appeared to be empty.
