AFTER one and half a years of exhausting efforts to obtain funds, Recapital Advisors finally raised the white flag. Gave up. The creditor of Dipasena Citra Darmaja admitted that it could no longer finance the giant shrimp pond in Tulang Bawang regency, Lampung.
The letter admitting defeat was sent by Rosan P. Roeslani, President Director of Recapital, to Mohammad Syahrial, President Director of the Asset Management Company (PPA), last Wednesdayon
