AFTER one and half a years of exhausting efforts to obtain funds, Recapital Advisors finally raised the white flag. Gave up. The creditor of Dipasena Citra Darmaja admitted that it could no longer finance the giant shrimp pond in Tulang Bawang regency, Lampung.
