Arwin Rasyid has been toppled from the number one position at PT Telkom and replaced by Rinaldi Firmansyah.

IF it were to be compared to a boxing ring, then the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the shareholders of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) was very much a damp squib of a spectacle. The EGM that was held on Wednesday last week was filled with combatants who had lost their enthusiasm. Going back to boxing terminology, it was just as if the towel had been thrown into the ring.
