Profits in cyberspace. That is the holy grail of electronic trade via the Internet, known as e-commerce. It was the buzzword of 2000, even in Indonesia's economic doldrums. Millions of dollars were poured in, and it all sounded so simple. There are B2C sites—business to consumer, providing services directly to the buyer, and B2B sites, business to business, providing a trade link between business groups.
