GOOD news for Bakrie coming from the State Palace, Jakarta. On April 8, President Yudhoyono signed the latest decree on the handling of the mud disaster in Sidoarjo, East Java.

With the issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 14/2007 on the establishment of an Agency for Handling the Sidoarjo Mud, various puzzles on who should bear the losses caused by the disaster in Lapindo Brantas Inc’s drilling field arise.
