TWO anonymous letters reached the head of the National Land Affairs Agency (BPN), Joyo Winoto, and head of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Taufiequrachman Ruki, last March and May. The contents were the same: reports on suspicions of corruption and collusion practices in the plans to develop Rempang Island, Riau Islands, as an exclusive integrated tourist area by Tomy Winata’s business group.
