THE arrival of Russian President Vladimir Putin is reviving an old business rumor. Altimo, a Russian company, was once cited as a possible buyer of cellular operator PT Indosat shares. The news is now spreading rapidly because a number of Altimo executives are reported to be in the business delegation accompanying President Putin. But the rumor is being refuted by Altimo Vice President, Kirill Babaev.
