THE Governor of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Lalu Serinata, appeared extremely angry. This gentleman, who is usually calm, spoke in a loud voice with his eyebrows raised. He has very explicitly rejected a loan from PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara to fund the purchase of shares in this gold mining company.
