THE painful episode from nearly two years ago still lingers in Mindo Lumban Gaols mind. The compensation for his land that was freed for the Ulujami-Veteran, South Jakarta toll road section was totally below expectations. The government only compensated half for his land measuring 9,700 square meters. Because they only needed 4,200 square meters for the toll section, Mindo told Tempo last week.
The compensation amount was below expectation as well
