AN interesting story is related by Sunggu Anwar Aritonang. When he was visiting Medan in North Sumatra, this Director of Commerce and Customer Service at PT PLN (the State Electricity Company) noticed a spotlight on an office building. However, this spotlight was not aimed at the building to make it look beautiful at night but rather pointed up towards the sky. “Maybe waiting for aliens to arrive,” he grumbled.
