Methods of Calculating Incentives

CUSTOMERS can be called economizing customers if their electricity usage is below the national average usage (75 kWh). They will receive an incentive amounting to a discount of 20 percent. Economies will be even more for customers with larger electricity supplies. The formula:
Incentive = 20% x (average national electricity usage – customer usage) x highest tariff of the group of the customer in question.
