THE government seems relatively ready to respond to the right to inquiry decision on the non-transparent oil and gas management. Just two days after the decision, in a commission hearing between the Energy & Mineral Resources Minister and the House of Representatives’ (DPR) Commission on Energy, the government issued 17 cost recovery items that were prohibited to be proposed to the government.
