Bank Negara Malaysia has annulled Maybank’s agreement to acquire BII due to the new regulation regarding tender offers. But Temasek is still clinging tight to the sales-purchase agreement.

DYAH Margasari never dreamt that she would end up being stranded. At the end of March this year, this 40-year-old lady doubled her ownership in Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) to 150,000 shares.
