PRESIDENT George Walker Bush looks cheerful. His face looks fresher. His tension disappeared after seven hours awaiting anxiously the House of Representatives’ decision on America’s bailout package. After a tough and long debate, members of the House voted finally to pass the draft Emergency Economic Stabilization Bill into law. Approving the proposal were 263 members, with 171 rejecting it.
