On a Slide
THE price of crude oil dropped to US$82.5 per barrel on Friday last week, further down from US$86.59 per barrel recorded in Asian trading a day earlier. Even the Brent oil price was registered at US$79.08, thus going below US$80 for the first time in 2008.
