THE plenary session at the House of Representatives (DPR) had just restarted at the Nusantara II building, DPR Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, after a stoppage of around 45 minutes. Then suddenly the National Mandate Party (PAN) faction announced that it would no longer be involved in the session. All of its members then walked out, together with all the members of the Justice & Prosperity Party (PKS) and the National Awakening Party (PKB) factions.
