ON Thursday last week the mobile phone of Mustafa Abubakar, Chairman of the State Logistics Agency (Bulog), rang as he was about to leave office for home. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono called, saying "I will be visiting Bulog tomorrow." Mustafa postponed leaving for home and called all members of the management, most of them by then already home, to report for work earlier in the morning and prepare for the President's visit.
