HE poured out his grievances to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the President’s office, Wednesday two weeks ago. Erwin Aksa lamented to the President as to how many stubborn banks were still keeping high interest rates. According to the Chairperson of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association, businesses are gasping for breath due to liquidity difficulties as high loan interest rates hamper their efforts to obtain fresh funds.
