Permit Pains

THE 2x1meter signboard closing off the project for lack of a building permit (IMB) has been in place since February. But work on construction of the Kalibata Residence on one side of the Kalibata flyover in South Jakarta continues. Heavy equipment and construction workers continue to do their jobs and the developer’s marketing office continues to be crowded with interested buyers.
