Many securities firms are suffering losses. This year they must continue to be cautious.

THE collapse of the stock exchange causes many securities firms to crumble as well. Of 113 firms who have submitted their financial reports, 51 are in the red and 62 are lucky enough to still have profits, although far less than in 2007. “In 2007, only six firms suffered a loss,” said Director for Fixed Income and Derivative Trading, Memberships, and Participants of the Stock Exchange, Guntur Pasaribu.
