The 2009 economic stimulus budget has been reduced and the allocation of Rp650 billion to the Department of Agriculture cancelled. But the projects of the Department of Trade are continuing. However there has been no response to market reconstruction from traders.

Suudi, for example has to pay Rp55,000 per square meter. Other traders however, whose ownership papers are not in their own name, have to pay between Rp500,000 and Rp750,000.
