THE letter was sent from Osaka on Tuesday last week. Signed by the President of the Kansai Electric Power Co Inc, Shosuke Mori, this letter was addressed to Yenni Andayani, CEO of PT Donggi Senoro LNG. The contents were critical. This electricity power plant operator from Japan was canceling its purchase of LNG from the Donggi-Senoro project.
