THE Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) has targeted making a decision in the case regarding the accusation of monopoly practices against PT Carrefour Indonesia by the middle of this coming November, following the KPPU council meeting and follow-up investigation. Carrefour’s acquisition of PT Alfa Retailindo is suspected to have violated State Decree 5/1999 on Forbidden Monopolis
