PLANS to purchase MA-60 airplanes made by Xi'an Aircraft Industry Co Ltd are entering a new chapter. Amid tug-of-war discussions on continuing loans between Merpati Nusantara Airlines and the Department of Finance, Aceh Governor Irwandi Yusuf sent a letter to the Office of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy.
