SWEAT poured down the face of Yeyet Nurhayati, 37, who was washing a pile of clothes on Sunday morning of last week. Grumbling to herself, the mother of one brushed the clothes splayed on the bathroom floor with detergent. The resident of Jalan Captain Yusuf, Cimanglid, Bogor couldn’t use her washing machine because there is no electricity. Her annoyance increased because the power cut lasted until afternoon.
