EIGHT workers were going in and out of a Cianjur Regional Sub-Division Bulog warehouse on Jalan Raya Dramaga, Bogor, on Wednesday noon last week. They carried rice in sacks that had just been unloaded from a truck. The 15-kilogram sacks were arranged in tall piles almost touching the roof.
