THE bad news came for the headquarters of PT PLN in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. On Wednesday afternoon last week the PLN Director of Business and Risk Management, Murtaqi Syamsudin stated that Muara Tawar gas- and steam-powered electricity generating plant had a shortage of gas.
