THE working meeting between the Finance & Banking Commission of the House of Representatives (DPR) with the government on Tuesday of last week didn’t proceed for nearly two hours. Until 4pm, meeting chair Emir Moeis didn’t start the meeting to discuss a draft revision to the State Budget (APBN) 2010 proposed by the government.
