THERE is no longer any trace of the Azzahra car rental business in the Kiaracondong region. Ever since the owner, Andri Hardukardi, was arrested by the civil service investigation team from West Java 1 Regional Office of Directorate General of Taxes, the business has gone bankrupt. When visited last week, the white-painted house that was the former car rental business is now the location of a company selling spare parts for Fuboru motorcycles.
