ONE of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s ambitions, to have an institution like the Council of Economic Advisors in the United States, is now at long last happening. Approved by the State Palace, on Tuesday two weeks ago, the agency which has been planned since January is called the National Economic Committee.
