Carrefour Stops Buying Paper from Sinar Mas

CARREFOUR has halted the supplies of goods from Asia Pulp & Paper, a paper subsidiary of the Sinar Mas business group, because of suspected forest damages. External Communications Manager of Carrefour Indonesia, Hendri Satrio, stated that the stoppage would start in the middle of this year and the duration of the stoppage was not yet known.
