THREE years ago, through Star Energy Investment Limited, Prajogo quietly got control of the shares of Star Energy, in order to develop the Wayand Windu geothermal electricity power plant. The funds required at that time were US$300 million. Now, without any noise, Prajogo has embedded his nails again. “Prajogo has increased his share ownership,” said Rudy Suparman, the Chief Operating Officer of Star Energy, on Wednesday last week.
