A YEAR has passed and two important letters from the West Java regional administration have not yet reached PT Star Energy, the managing company of Wayang Windu Geothermal Power Generating Plant. They are a recommendation for a forest land loan license from the Ministry of Forestry, and an approval of the environmental impact analysis (amdal). Both documents are needed for the development of the plant’s unit-3 and unit-4 generators.
