THE Indonesian Legal Aid Institute Foundation (LBH) plans to start a complaint post concerning the Bill on Land Acquisition for Development currently being discussed by the House of Representatives. The institution feels that the bill may trigger new land disputes. The content is deemed to strengthen the position of the government and the private sector when negotiating with land owners.
