Fire destroyed three oil storage tanks at Pertamina’s refinery at Cilacap in Central Java, the third such incident in 16 years.

IT was 4am in the early hours of Saturday a fortnight ago and Agung, a contract worker, had just finished a night shift at Pertamina’s oil refinery at Cilacap, Central Java.
