NEWS of an unpleasant nature drifted from the Indonesia Deepwater Development megaproject, a gas exploration project in the Makassar Strait, East Kalimantan. Chevron Indonesia Company, the owner of the project, is allegedly involved in business conspiracy with bidders in the tender for manufacturing front-end engineering and design. Now, the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) is investigating the case.
