THE fight over the West Madura Block, the contract for which ends this week, is heating up. CEO of PT Pertamina Karen Agustiawan sent a letter to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Darwin Zahedy Saleh and Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Mustafa Abubakar, on Tuesday last week.
