THE meeting at the Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources on Jalan Merdeka Selatan in Central Jakarta on Thursday last week lasted only a brief 15 minutes. Oil and gas regulator BP Migas chief R. Priyono and his deputy Hardiono arrived for the meeting at 10am. On hand to receive them were Energy Minister Darwin Zahedy Saleh, secretary-general Waryono Karno, inspector-general Pudja Susana, and senior staffer Kardaya Warnika.
